The model tested would be in the £850 - £1100 region if speced up at dell. Bit like saying buy a Toyota because you have tryed a Lexus.

Remember not all netbooks come with traditional hard disks.

My Asus EEE PC701 sd has an 8gb ssd which is violently slow and cumbersome. But add a ramdisk, throw a few ram caiching apps runfire (or something like that) it runs xp faster than my dual core amd phenom 2.7ghz. Not bad considering the eeep is clocked at 900mhz
